I really am hesitant when it comes to calling a tow service because of past experience but i was in need of a tow because my car stopped running. The first call I made was to Adam from KB, literally the first person I called when I looked up towing. Adam gave me a quote that was reasonable, I know because I called a couple people after him and they all quoted me much more for a simple task. I called Adam back and he accepted my business for a tow. Before he towed he did everything he could to help me see the problem with the vehicle and once he towed it to where I needed even suggested a couple car shops I could take it to as well. Very cool guy and very professional, he made the service that can be difficult and frustrating very easy and simple. I can honestly say I have his number saved for next time I need a service and I would recommend anybody in DFW area that needs a tow to call him. Great Service!

When I called this service, I was told it would take them an hour to get to me. However, they ended up arriving after 45 minutes. The gentleman who arrived for the tow was professional and courteous. This tow ended up also being quite cheap, especially compared to other towing services I have used in the past. All in all a great experience.

Great experience. The young lady I spoke with on the phone who set everything up was great. Juan the driver was great. Called before he was en route to pick up the vehicle and arrived exactly when I needed him to. He even texted me to let me know the vehicle had been dropped off to the shop. Overall a great company. Also, much affordable than other towing companies I called. Highly recommend them.

My motorcycle battery died on a test drive after the winter, and these guys had no problem towing my bike to the mechanic. Very good communication between the office agent and the driver of the tow truck. The driver was super careful and diligent when securing my bike with straps. I reached out this morning to have my car towed from a mechanics shop to a dealer. From the beginning they were very professional and prices were good. They called and let me know when they were on their way to pick up the car to when they had loaded the car on the truck to take to the dealer. They went as far as to send pictures of it at the dealer and checked it in for me with my service advisor as I wasn't able to make it. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service. Hopefully I won't need to have my car towed again...but in the event I do I will be contacting them.
